3. Visit of our website
Inevitably, every visit to our website technically involves the collection of certain, predominantly technical information, which, however, may be classified by law as personal. This includes IP address, device identification, browser characteristics, operating system details, language settings, referring URLs, duration of visits and pages displayed.
We do not draw any conclusions about you when using this information. However, this information is required to correctly deliver the content of our website and to provide law enforcement authorities with the information necessary for law enforcement in the event of a cyber attack.
Further statistical evaluations of this data may only take place after any personal reference has been removed.
Our entitlement to the aforementioned data processing results on the one hand from our legitimate interest in running an Internet presence (article 6, para. 1 lit. f of the General Data Protection Regulation). With regard to the use of data for the provision of data for law enforcement authorities, the authorization is based on the fact that we are obliged to provide information to law enforcement authorities in the event of a cyber attack (article 6 (1) (c) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
The data will only be passed on to other recipients to our hosting service provider, who hosts the website on our behalf.

A transfer to third countries outside the European Economic Area is not intended.
4. Collection and use of personal data
Personal data is only collected if you provide it to us of your own accord, for example when applying (§26 BDSG), contacting us, to carry out a contract (article 6 (b) GDPR). The following data is collected:
- Your name
- Your company
- The country
- Your phone number
- Your e-mail address
- Subject and reason as to why you contacted us
If you send us documents as part of your contact, we will also collect the data, which will be transmitted in addition to the data mentioned above. Your data will be processed within the Federal Republic of Germany or in a country with an adequate level of data protection (Article 45 (1)). If it is necessary to transfer personal data to a third country, this is generally guaranteed by appropriate guarantees in accordance with Article 46 GDPR.
For the purposes of advertising and market research and for the needs-based design of electronic services (Article 6 (f) GDPR), we will only process or use data that we have collected and stored about you beyond the purposes already described if You have previously given your consent to this (Article 6 (a) GDPR).
Personal data will only be transferred to third parties as described in the previous paragraphs. Otherwise, there is no transmission to third parties. If processing is to take place for other purposes, your express consent is required for each individual case.
5. OpenStreetMap
We use the OpenStreetMap (OSM) map service.
We integrate the map material from OpenStreetMap on the server of the OpenStreetMap Foundation, St John's Innovation Centre, Cowley Road, Cambridge, CB4 0WS, United Kingdom. The United Kingdom is considered a secure third country under data protection law. This means that Great Britain has a level of data protection that corresponds to the level of data protection in the European Union. When using the OpenStreetMap maps, a connection is established to the servers of the OpenStreetMap Foundation.
Among other things, your IP address and other information about your behaviour on this website may be forwarded to the OSMF. For this purpose, OpenStreetMap may store cookies in your browser or use comparable recognition technologies.
The use of OpenStreetMap is in the interest of an appealing presentation of our online offers and an easy findability of the places indicated by us on the website. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. If a corresponding consent has been requested, the processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR and §25 para. 1 TDDDG, insofar as the consent includes the storage of cookies or access to information in the user's terminal device (e.g. device fingerprinting) within the meaning of the TDDDG. Consent can be revoked at any time.
6. Google Fonts
We use Google Fonts from Google Inc. on our website. Google Ireland (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) is responsible for the European area. We have integrated the Google fonts locally, i.e. on our web server - not on Google's servers. This means that there is no connection to Google servers and therefore no data transfer or storage.
7. Matomo
This website uses the open source web analysis service Matomo.
With the help of Matomo, we are able to collect and analyse data about the use of our website by website visitors. This allows us to find out, among other things, when which pages were accessed and from which region. We also record various log files (e.g. IP address, referrer, browser and operating system used) and can measure whether our website visitors perform certain actions (e.g. clicks, purchases, etc.).
This analysis tool is used on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in analysing user behaviour in order to optimise both its website and its advertising. If a corresponding consent has been requested, the processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR and § 25 para. 1 TDDDG, insofar as the consent includes the storage of cookies or access to information in the user's terminal device (e.g. device fingerprinting) within the meaning of the TDDDG. Consent can be revoked at any time.
IP anonymisation
We use IP anonymisation for the analysis with Matomo. This means that your IP address is shortened before it is analysed so that it can no longer be clearly assigned to you.
Cookie-free analysis
We have configured Matomo so that Matomo does not store any cookies in your browser.
Hosting
We host Matomo exclusively on our own servers so that all analysis data remains with us and is not passed on.
8. Cookies
This website uses cookies. Cookies are text files that are stored on a computer system via an internet browser.
Numerous websites and servers use cookies. Many cookies contain a so-called cookie ID. A cookie ID is a unique identifier of the cookie. It consists of a character string through which websites and servers can be assigned to the specific internet browser in which the cookie was stored. This enables the visited websites and servers to distinguish your individual browser from other Internet browsers that contain other cookies. A specific internet browser can be recognized and identified using the unique cookie ID.
The use of cookies serves our legitimate interest to ensure the functionality of the website, to continuously improve it, and to carry out statistical evaluations (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f of the General Data Protection Regulation)
The personal data from the cookies is not transmitted to recipients.
You can prevent the setting of cookies by our website at any time by making the appropriate settings in the internet browser used and thus permanently object to the setting of cookies. Furthermore, cookies that have already been set can be deleted at any time using an Internet browser or other software programs. This is possible in all common internet browsers. Deactivate the setting of cookies in the internet browser used, however, under certain circumstances not all functions of our website can be used to their full extent.
A transfer to third countries outside the European Economic Area is not intended.
9. Your rights
According to the provisions of article 15-20 of the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to request information from us about the personal data stored about you. You also have the right to request a correction, deletion or restriction of the processing of the personal data stored about you.
With regard to the processing of your personal data based on our legitimate interests, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data at any time for reasons that arise from your personal situation (article 21 General Data Protection Regulation).
In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates applicable data protection law.
